Job Description

Are you a recent graduate looking to kickstart your career in a dynamic and supportive environment? We’re excited to offer an exceptional Graduate Trainee opportunity in Lusaka, Zambia. This program is designed to nurture talented individuals and provide them with a solid foundation for a successful career in our organization.

• Rotate through various departments to gain a comprehensive understanding of our business operations
• Assist in day-to-day tasks and projects across different teams
• Participate in training sessions and workshops to develop both technical and soft skills
• Collaborate with team members on cross-functional initiatives
• Contribute fresh ideas and perspectives to help improve processes and drive innovation
• Engage in mentorship programs with experienced professionals
• Work on real-world projects that directly impact our business
• Develop and present reports on your learnings and project outcomes
• Actively seek feedback and continuously improve your performance

Qualifications

Graduates with a bachelor’s or master’s degree in:

Fields such as Data Science, Behavioral Economics, Accounting (e.g., ACCA, CIMA or equivalent), Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or other related quantitative or qualitative disciplines

Requirements:

• Merit or Distinction
• Maximum of 2 years’ work experience
• Strong affinity for digital, data analytics, and technical skills
• Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
•  A proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
