Background
In line with our commitment to supporting local employment, we are seeking fifteen (15) outstanding university graduates—the very best—to join our two-year Graduate Trainee Program, with the potential for permanent employment upon successful completion.
This marks the 9th intake of our Graduate Trainee Program, designed to provide in-depth exposure and hands-on experience to build young talent for future careers.
The Program
Graduates will be required to undergo an intensive Management Development preparation for future roles in the organization based on performance. Key deliverables include:
- Gain knowledge, skills, and experience across the business.
- Delivery of project work and assignments.
- Understand and perform duties across several divisions/departments.
- Participate in assigned training programs.
- Completion of performance and development reviews as per agreed program requirements.
- Undergo Graduate Trainee cycle in all key departments of the Group with coaching and mentoring from Senior Management.

Experience in Months: 24
Level of Education: bachelor degree
