  1. Grant Management & Resource Mobilization (1 Position)

The ideal candidate should have experience in:

  • Grant proposal writing and donor engagement.
  • Grant management, compliance, and reporting.
  • Resource mobilization and fundraising strategies.
  • Identifying and securing funding opportunities from local and international donors.
  • Building and maintaining strategic partnerships with donors, development partners, and the private sector.
  • Developing resource mobilization strategies to strengthen the Foundation’s financial sustainability.
  • Supporting institutional growth and long-term NGO sustainability.
  • Advising the Board on income diversification, fundraising initiatives, and organizational sustainability.
  • Strategic planning and organizational development.

General Requirements

Applicants should:

  • Demonstrate integrity, professionalism, and commitment to community development.
  • Be willing to serve in a voluntary governance role.
  • Possess strong leadership and strategic thinking skills.
  • Have experience serving on boards or in senior leadership positions (an added advantage).
  • Be committed to advancing the mission and values of The Healing Balm Foundation.
