Job Opening: Graphic Design & Web Intern

Inerun Zambia is looking for a multi-talented Graphic Design & Web Intern to join our creative team. This is a full-time, on-site role for someone who has a sharp eye for design and the technical ability to bring those designs to life on the web.

The Role at a Glance

Type: Full-time (On-site)

Location: 9156, Kasiya Crescent, Kalundu, Lusaka, Zambia

Duration: 1-Year Contract

Probation Period: 3 Months

Salary: K2,500 per month

Requirement: Must have your own functional laptop.

Key Responsibilities

• Graphic Design: Create high-quality visual content for social media, branding materials, and digital advertisements.
• Web Development: Build, maintain, and update responsive websites (WordPress, HTML/CSS).
• UI/UX Design: Create user-friendly website layouts and wireframes that prioritize conversion and aesthetics.
• Asset Management: Ensure all digital assets are optimized for web performance and visual clarity.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the social media team to ensure brand consistency across all platforms.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Design Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) or Figma/Canva.
• Web Skills: Hands-on experience with WordPress and a solid understanding of HTML5 and CSS3.
• Portfolio: You must provide a portfolio showcasing both graphic design projects and live/mockup websites.
• Hardware: Possession of a laptop capable of running design and development software.
• Mindset: A strong desire to learn, high attention to detail, and the ability to hit deadlines.
