Key Responsibilities

Design high-quality artwork for print and digital media.

Create branding materials such as logos, business cards, flyers, banners, brochures, signage, and social media graphics.

Prepare artwork for print and ensure all files are print-ready.

Operate large-format printing machines, digital printers, plotters, laminating machines, cutting machines, and other printing equipment.

Print, finish, and produce high-quality branding materials according to customer specifications.

Carry out routine maintenance and basic troubleshooting of printing machines to ensure smooth operation.

Ensure print quality, colour accuracy, and proper machine settings before production.

Work closely with clients to understand and deliver their design requirements.

Edit and revise designs based on client feedback.

Manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines.

Maintain a clean, organised, and safe production workspace.

Requirements

Certificate, Diploma, or Degree in Graphic Design or a related field.

Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, CorelDRAW, and other relevant graphic design software.

Proven experience operating large-format printing machines and other digital printing equipment.

Knowledge of printing materials, finishing processes, and colour management.

Strong creativity, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.

Ability to work under minimal supervision.

Honest, reliable, and able to work under pressure while meeting deadlines.

Previous experience in a printing and branding company will be an added advantage.
