GUEST HOUSE MANAGER
We are looking for an experienced and dedicated Guest House Manager to join our team and help us deliver exceptional hospitality and guest experiences.
REQUIREMENTS
- Must have previous experience working in hospitality.
- Must be computer literate and good in Excel.
- Be able to work on flexible hours.
YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:
- Overseeing daily operations and ensuring excellent guest satisfaction
- Managing staff and ensuring high service standards
- Handling reservations, guest inquiries, and complaints professionally
- Maintaining records, reports, and inventory
- Ensuring the property is well maintained and compliant with policies and procedures
Work Hours: 8
Experience in Months: 12
Level of Education: bachelor degree
