JOB DETAILS:
Peza Job Zambia is recruiting on behalf of one of our clients – an international standard gym in North Western Province, Zambia. We are seeking a professional Gym Manager with strong business acumen and deep knowledge of international fitness trends and services.

Key Responsibilities
* Oversee daily operations of the gym and ensure smooth service delivery.
* Implement international best practices in gym management and customer experience.
* Drive membership growth, retention, and overall business performance.
* Lead and manage a team of trainers and support staff.
* Ensure safety, cleanliness, and proper maintenance of all fitness equipment.
* Plan and promote fitness programs, events, and wellness initiatives.
* Manage budgets, control expenses, and prepare performance reports.
* Build strong relationships with clients and the community.
Qualifications and Skills
* Degree/Diploma in Sports Science, Fitness Management, Business Administration, or related field.
* Proven experience managing a modern/international gym or wellness center.
* Strong knowledge of fitness programs such as:
*Aerobics, HIIT, CrossFit, Bootcamp, Zumba, Step, Boxing, and other group fitness activities.
* Excellent leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
* Business-minded with ability to grow memberships and revenues.
* Professional fitness qualifications (personal training, group fitness certifications) are an advantage.
* Must be willing to relocate and stay in North Western Province.
