1. HR Officer (1) - Position Overview

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Officer to provide HR Key services for Opermin Zambia. The ideal candidate will support effective and efficient utilization of human resources in line with the objectives and core values of the Company.

Reporting to the Human Resources Manager at Kitwe Headquarters, the HR Officer will provide services in line with the duties and responsibilities as follows;

Responsibilities

• Customer Services
• Employee Wellness
• Occupational Health and Safety
• Talent Management
• Documentary Control

Minimum Qualifications and Experience

• Grade 12 Certificate or its equivalent
• Certificate or Diploma in Human Resources Management or its equivalent
• Minimum of 2 Years’ experience in Human Resources Management or Administration
• A fully paid-up Affiliate Member of ZIHRM.

Work Hours: 8

Experience in Months: 12

Level of Education: associate degree
