• HR Officer

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Recruitment and onboarding of employees
• Attendance, payroll, and leave administration
• Management of NAPSA, NHIMA, PAYE, and statutory obligations
• Employee relations and disciplinary management
• HR records management and compliance with labour laws
• Liaison with government institutions and regulators
• Coordination of training and general HR administration

REQUIREMENTS

• Degree or Diploma in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum 2 years’ HR experience
• Strong knowledge of Zambian labour laws and statutory compliance
• Good communication and organizational skills
• Manufacturing experience is an added advantage
