JOB DETAILS:

Key Duties:

1. Install, maintain, and troubleshoot HVAC systems.
2. Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance.
3. Respond to emergency repair calls efficiently.
4. Optimize energy use through proper adjustments.
5. Keep accurate records of system performance.
6. Ensure compliance with safety and environmental standards.
7. Repair or replace worn-out components.
8. Work with other departments on building management systems.
9. Manage HVAC tools and materials inventory.
10. Report technical issues and provide recommendations.

Requirements:

• Age 35 and above
• Minimum 2 years hands-on experience in a fast-paced hotel environment
• Craft Certificate or Diploma in HVAC (practical, not theoretical)
• Degree is an added advantage
• Honest, with integrity and effective communication skills

Work Hours: 8

Experience in Months: 24

Level of Education: bachelor degree
