Key Responsibilities
- Identify, prospect, and engage potential high-value merchants in Ndola and Kitwe.
- Introduce and promote payment solutions (card payments, POS solutions, etc.).
- Build strong relationships and secure long-term merchant partnerships.
- Maintain accurate records and follow up on leads and activities.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly acquisition targets.
- Provide excellent service and ensure merchant satisfaction.
What We’re Looking For
- Grade 12 Certificate or Diploma and above
- Passion for sales and business development
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation and convincing skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Computer literacy is an advantage
- Previous sales or field experience is an added advantage
