Overall Purpose
The role is also responsible for formulating and implementing plans that drive subscriber acquisition, revenue growth and customer retention.
Job Specification
• Minimum Qualifications: Degree in Marketing or Business Administration
• Professional Registration: Zambia Institue of Marketing
• Minimum Experience: 5 years relevant work experience of which 3 years should be in a managerial role in the telecommunications industry or FMCG
• Key Skills: Good understanding of Market, Product and Customer Segmentation
Work Hours: 8
Experience in Months: 60
Level of Education: Bachelor Degree
