Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Proven experience in Human Resources, preferably within real estate or property development sectors
  • Registered with the Zambia Institute of Human Resources
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
  • Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving abilities
  • 3 to 5 years work experience
