Responsibilities or duties

Qualifications or requirements (e.g., education, skills)

• Grade 12 Certificate with at least five credits, including English and Mathematics.
• Valid Teachers Council of Zambia (TCZ) licence.
• Comprehensive knowledge of the current curriculum.
• Proficiency in English and ICT.
• A practicing Christian committed to the values and principles of the faith.

Experience needed

• Minimum of five years teaching experience, with at least two years in a Head or Deputy Head role within a private school.
• Demonstrated success in achieving excellent ECZ Grade 7 results, including high pass rates and distinctions.
• Strong skills in teacher supervision and professional development (CPDs).
