Job Description

• To register incoming correspondences and documents entrusted to the Central Secretariat of the National Public Prosecution Authority;
• To ensure efficient dispatching of incoming correspondence in various related departments of the National Public Prosecution Authority;
• To organize storage of correspondences of the NPPA.
  Job Profile
  A1 in Secretariat Studies, Office Management with 2 years of working experience or A0 in Public Administration, Management, Sociology, and Social Work
  Key Technical Skills & Knowledge required:
• Office Management Skills;
• Excellent Communication, Organizational, Interpersonal Skills;
• Computer knowledge (Word Processing, PowerPoint and Internet)
• Analytical and problem-solving skills;
• Time management skills;
• Fluent in Kinyarwanda, English and/ or French; Knowledge of all is an advantage
