As the Head of Construction, you will oversee all aspects of our construction operational activities, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. You will play a crucial role in shaping our operational strategy, optimizing processes, and leading a team of dedicated professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement all construction operational strategies to enhance efficiency and productivity.

- Oversee project management activities, ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards.

- Collaborate with senior management to set and achieve business objectives.

- Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial performance of construction operational initiatives.

- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing construction operations team.

- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance service delivery.

- Foster strong relationships with clients, vendors, and subcontractors.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Architectural Engineering, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field; MBA preferred.

- Proven experience in a senior operations role within the construction industry.
