JOB DETAILS:
FINCUZA Institute Limited is a training institute which provides training, consultancy, and research and development services with a focus on financial inclusion. FINCUZA targets financial service providers like banks, microfinance institution, insurance companies and mobile money companies; individual users of financial services including youths and young graduates; SMEs and those starting on their entrepreneurship journey; and NGOs working in community development. Courses include entrepreneurship, training of trainers, farmer business training and research methods. FINCUZA also delivers the International Training Centre of the International Labour Organisation (ITCILO) developed training material: Making Microfinance Work Volumes I and II.
FINCUZA seeks to recruit a head of trainers of entrepreneurship development whose role will be oversee entrepreneurship capacity building activities and develop a robust portfolio around the country.

A suitable candidate will have the following qualifications:
• Higher diploma or degree in accounting
• Possess a strategic skill to identify opportunities and position themselves to build a business case
• Ability to work with existing SMEs and start-up businesses
• Ability to work with minimum supervision
• Have desired computer skills and agile with related technologies.
