JOB DETAILS:
Location: Parklands, Kitwe
Job Type: Full-Time
Key Responsibilities:
- Create a safe, inclusive, and nurturing school environment to support learners’ emotional, social, and academic growth.
- Oversee all learner disciplinary matters and implement pastoral care programs.
- Provide counseling and support to students, fostering their well-being.
- Collaborate with staff and parents to promote a positive school culture.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in pastoral duties and counseling in a school setting.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to student welfare.
- Experience in managing disciplinary processes is an advantage.
