About the Role
As Head of Strategy, you will lead the development of marketing strategies that drive brand growth, audience engagement, and measurable business impact. You will collaborate with creative, digital, and account teams to translate insights into high-impact campaigns, ensuring innovation and market leadership.

Key Responsibilities
• Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies aligned with client objectives
• Leverage data analytics and market research to drive brand positioning and campaign success
• Lead and mentor a team of strategists, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence
• Stay ahead of industry trends, consumer behavior, and emerging marketing technologies

Qualifications
• Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing strategy, brand management, or advertising
• Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills
• Proven track record of successful, data-driven marketing campaigns
• Expertise in digital marketing, audience segmentation, and customer journey mapping
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (Master’s preferred)
