BRIEF BACKGROUND

Young Generation Investment Limited is a group of companies . The company is looking to hire a qualified and experienced Headteacher to oversee the administration and academic performance of one of its schools.

Duties include but are not limited to:

• Provide strategic leadership and overall management of the school.
• Ensure effective implementation of the school curriculum.
• Maintain discipline among staff and learners.
• Supervise teaching and learning activities to ensure quality education.
• Ensure compliance with all educational policies and regulations.

QUALIFICATIONS

• 5 O‑levels including English and Mathematics
• Bachelor’s Degree in Education
• At least five years school administration experience with TCZ license
• Age 35–50
