Duties and Responsibilities
The successful candidates will be required to perform the following duties:
- Providing strategic direction, aligning the school’s vision and mission with daily operations.
- Marketing and Selling the school to profitable and sustainable levels
- Coordinating all teaching activities, and supervising teaching and general staff
- Participating in recruiting and selecting new teaching and administrative staff.
- Ensuring a safe, inclusive and conducive learning environment at the school
- Evaluating and improving academic programs, curriculum and teaching methods
- Collaborating with the District Education Board office to drive educational excellence and ensuring compliance with the Government’s educational policies and regulations
- Introducing innovative teaching strategies to enhance student engagement and performance
- Building stronger relationships with parents and other stakeholders and maintain an open and effective communication system
- Developing initiatives to enhance the school’s reputation and presence in the local community.
- Any other duties that may be assigned by the supervisor
Qualification and Experience
- Full Grade 12 School Certificate/GCE/Form Five (5)
- Minimum of Bachelor’s Degree in Education
- At least Two (2) years’ work experience
Desirable Skills and Abilities
- Able to teach
- Marketing and Selling Skills
- Strong leadership, organizational and problem-solving skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Commitment to continuous professional development and staying updated on educational trends
- Deep understanding of child development and inclusive education practices.
- Team Player
AGE: Between 30 and 45 years old
Commencement of duty: 1st January 2026
