JOB DETAILS:
Job Summary
We’re seeking an experienced HSE Supervisor to oversee and implement health, safety, and environmental policies and procedures in our organization. The successful candidate will ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, identify potential hazards, and promote a culture of safety and sustainability.
Key Responsibilities
– Develop, implement, and monitor HSE policies and procedures
– Conduct risk assessments and identify potential hazards
– Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards
– Provide training and guidance to employees on HSE procedures
– Investigate incidents and near-misses, and implement corrective actions
– Monitor and report on HSE performance metrics
– Collaborate with other departments to promote a culture of safety and sustainability
Requirements
– Degree in a relevant field (e.g., occupational health and safety, environmental science)
– Proven experience as an HSE Supervisor or similar role
– Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards
– Excellent communication and leadership skills
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Certifications
– OSHA certification or similar HSE certifications are desirable
