JOB DETAILS:
Location: Zambia

Job Summary:
The Health and Safety Officer will be responsible for ensuring a safe workplace by implementing and monitoring health and safety protocols across all project sites.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and enforce health and safety policies.
- Conduct routine inspections and risk assessments.
- Train staff on safety procedures and emergency protocols.
- Investigate incidents and recommend corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and organizational standards.
Qualifications:
- Diploma or Degree in Occupational Health & Safety or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in construction or civil engineering projects.
- Knowledge of HSE laws and practices.
- Certification in First Aid and Fire Safety is an added advantage.
