INTRODUCTION

Ndubaluba Outdoor Centre is seeking a highly capable, grounded, and proactive Hospitality and Site Manager to join our leadership team.

Ndubaluba is a well-established Christian outdoor adventure centre committed to Christian faith, character formation, sustainability, and experiential learning. Our site supports school programmes, expeditions, staff teams, and visiting groups throughout the year.

This role is central to ensuring that Ndubaluba’s vision is effectively supported through well-managed hospitality, site operations, and logistical coordination.

THE ROLE

You will oversee:

  • Site and facilities management
  • Hospitality and catering operations
  • Maintenance planning and staff and contractor coordination
  • Operational readiness for programmes and events
  • Logistics and site support services
  • Leadership of site and kitchen teams
  • Participation in the Ndubaluba Leadership Team

This is a hands-on leadership role requiring initiative, follow-through, and the ability to maintain high standards consistently.
