JOB DETAILS:

Twangale Resort & Spa, one of Zambia’s premier hospitality destinations, seeks an experienced General Manager to lead operations across our luxury hotel and event facilities in Lusaka. This full-time, on-site leadership role requires a strategic visionary with hands-on management expertise and deep hospitality operations knowledge.

Key Responsibilities

Operational Excellence

Manage all departments including Rooms Division, Food & Beverage, Events, Front Office, Housekeeping, Maintenance, and Security while ensuring consistent service delivery and guest satisfaction.

Strategic Leadership

Develop revenue enhancement strategies, identify growth opportunities, and represent Twangale in key business partnerships and community relations initiatives.

Financial Stewardship

Drive fiscal discipline through effective budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and P&L oversight while aligning performance with strategic objectives.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum 7 years senior hospitality management experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or Business Administration
• Proven financial acumen and team leadership skills
• Experience managing accommodation and large-scale events
• Familiarity with digital hospitality systems preferred
