Hotel Receptionist

We are looking for a friendly, professional and customer-focused Hotel Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our guests. The role involves welcoming guests and supporting the smooth operation of our front office.

Requirements

• Grade 12 certificate (minimum).
• Certificate or Diploma in Hospitality, Tourism or a related field (added advantage).
• Previous experience in a reception or customer service role (added advantage).
• Professional appearance.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to use Microsoft Office Suite and Hotel Front Office Software (Outlook).
• Knowledge of hotel booking systems (e.g. Ease, Absolute/Optimus or similar) (added advantage).
• Professional appearance, positive attitude and strong problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
