Responsibilities

• Room Cleaning: Thoroughly clean and service assigned guest rooms, including making beds, dusting furniture, vacuuming carpets, and sanitizing bathrooms.
• Linen Replacement: Replace used linen and towels with fresh, pressed items.
• Amenity Replenishment: Replenish guest amenities (soap, shampoo, tea/coffee supplies, stationery) daily.
• Public Area Cleaning: Maintain the cleanliness of corridors, lobbies, and other public areas as assigned.
• Maintenance Reporting: Identify and report maintenance issues (burned-out bulbs, leaking faucets, damaged furniture) promptly.
• Lost and Found: Report any lost and found items to the supervisor.
• Guest Requests: Respond promptly to guest requests for extra pillows, blankets, or other items.
• Health & Safety: Follow cleaning protocols, use cleaning chemicals safely, and adhere to health and safety standards.
• Equipment Care: Operate and maintain cleaning equipment (vacuum cleaners, polishers) properly.
