Job Description & Summary

We are seeking to recruit an experienced professional with a strong work ethic to fill the role of Human Capital (HC) Senior Associate. The successful candidate will assist the Human Capital Manager with implementing our human capital strategy, key talent management, recruitment, performance management, learning and development, and change management activities.
PwC Zambia invites applications from qualified candidates for the position below:

Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Administration of the talent acquisition process
• Administration of in-house pension scheme
• Administration of staff leave management
• Administration of staff and partner medical schemes
• Preparation and analysis of HC management reports
• Ensuring compliance with staff separation procedures
• Administration of Group Life and all other employee related schemes
• Ensuring the smooth running of the Global Mobility program of staff

PwC Professional skills and responsibilities for this management level include but are not limited to:
• Invite and give in the moment feedback in a constructive manner.
• Share and collaborate effectively with others.
• Identify and make suggestions for improvements when problems and/or opportunities arise.
• Handle, manipulate and analyse data and information responsibly.
• Follow risk management and compliance procedures.
• Keep up-to-date with developments in the area of specialism.
• Communicate confidently in a clear, concise and articulate manner – verbally and in the materials I produce.
• Build and maintain an internal and external network.
• Seek opportunities to learn about how PwC works as a global network of firms.
• Uphold the firm’s code of ethics and business conduct.
Job Experience and Key Skills:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
• At least 3 years of experience in a fast-paced HC setting
• Extensive understanding of Zambian labour laws and HC best practices
• Excellent time management and highly organised
• Proactive and able to work under minimal supervision
• Experience working with HC management systems
• Member of the Zambia Institute of Human Resource Management (ZIHRM)
