TopFloor is seeking a knowledgeable and motivated Human Resource Associate to join their dynamic team. The role involves service delivery in recruitment and selection, consulting, team building, training, and development services for internal and external clients.

Responsibilities:

• Client Relationship Management
• Human Resource Development
• Human Resource Consulting
• Human Resource Recruitment and Selection

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR
• Demonstrable skill in MS Office and Google based work systems
• Registered member of Zambia Institute of Human Resource Management (ZIHRM)

Experience needed:

Provable track record in a similar role with experience in tasks as explained above
