Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the HR function in line with labor laws, company policies, and industry standards.
  • Oversee employee relations and industrial relations, ensuring a harmonious workplace.
  • Payroll processing and administration.
  • Coordinate and verify employee attendance records, leave applications, and absence tracking.
  • Oversee recruitment and selection processes.
  • Conduct training and development programs, including inductions.
  • Ensure compliance with all HR-related documentation, agreements, legal standards, and support company audits.
  • Develop and implement various types of performance management systems, including regular feedback and appraisals.
  • Oversee the discipline of HR operations.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in HR operations, recruitment, industrial relations, and payroll accounting.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and handle multiple tasks.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR software.
  • Previous HR experience in a similar role within the Manufacturing sector.
