Background
African Perfect-World Investment Consulting Limited and Concreate Vision Manufacturing Ltd are recruiting for 10 full-time positions across HR, Finance, Legal, Sales, and Technical departments.
Responsibilities:
- Strategic HR management, recruitment, and training
- Industrial relations and disciplinary processes
- Administrative support and change management
- Performance management and compliance with Zambian labour laws
Requirements:
- Degree in HRM or related field, Master’s preferred
- ZIHRM membership
- 5+ years HR experience with management-level exposure
- Valid driving license advantageous
