JOB DETAILS:
We are looking to appoint a suitably qualified and experienced Human Resource Manager to oversee all aspects of human resources practice and processes. The HR Managers duties will involve managing activities such as job design, recruitment and selection, employee relations talent and performance management, training and development, reward, HR systems, reporting, and analytics.
The HR Managers position is important to business success. People are our important asset, and you will be the one to ensure we have a happy and productive workplace where everyone works to realize our established mission and objectives. QUALIFICATION
- BACHELORS DEGREE OR HIGHER.
- MINIMUM 5+ YEARS EXPERIENCE IN HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGEMENT
