JOB DETAILS:
Bulk Mining Explosives Limited, a subsidiary of the Omnia group of companies, is a leading manufacturer and supplier of bulk emulsion explosives.
Bulk Mining Explosives Limited is looking for a suitable candidate to fill the following position.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
The responsibilities are but not limited to the following,
- Assist with day to day of the Human Resource Functions
- Compile and update employee records.
- Process documents and prepare reports related to staff, recruitment and headcount
- Coordinate human resource related meetings
- Attend to employee requests for services.
- Any other duties as assigned by the head of department.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- Grade 12 certificate
- A minimum of Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource
- A minimum of three years’ experience in human resource management.
- A valid driver’s licence
Work Hours: 8
Experience in Months: 36
Level of Education: bachelor degree
