JOB DETAILS:

Reports to: Director of Human Resources
Type: Full-Time

Job Summary:
The Human Resource Officer will coordinate HR functions, support recruitment and performance management, and ensure staff welfare and institutional compliance with labor laws.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage recruitment, onboarding, and staff records
• Administer HR policies and employee benefits
• Maintain HR databases and reports
• Support staff training and development programs
• Promote a positive work environment

Qualifications:

• Full Grade 12 Certificate
• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management or related field
• Knowledge of labor laws and HRIS tools
• Must hold valid professional membership

Work Hours: 8
