Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Human Resource Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with labor laws, managing payroll and fostering a positive work environment.

• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
• Manage the Payroll
• Manage recruitment and selection processes.
• Conduct employee orientation and training programs.
• Handle employee relations, addressing concerns and resolving conflicts.
• Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws.
• Assist in performance management processes.
• Promote a positive workplace culture and support employee engagement initiatives.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of HR experience, preferably in the hospitality industry.
• Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
