JOB DETAILS:
Location: Luanshya
Position Type: Full-Time
We are recruiting a dynamic and people-focused Human Resource Officer to handle HR functions including recruitment, performance management, and employee relations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support recruitment and onboarding processes
- Manage employee records and HR documentation
- Coordinate training and staff development programs
- Handle staff welfare, grievances, and disciplinary matters
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and HR policies
- Assist in performance management and appraisal processes
Qualifications and Experience:
- Full Grade 12 Certificate
- Diploma in Human Resource Management or a related field
- Valid ZIHRM membership
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a human resource role
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Sound knowledge of labor laws and HR practices
Work Hours: 8
Experience in Months: 24
Level of Education: associate degree
