Responsibilities or duties:

• Coordinate recruitment, advertising, and interview processes.
• Manage employee records and HR databases.
• Support the implementation of HR policies and performance systems.
• Liaise with departmental managers on staffing and development needs.
• Monitor attendance and maintain accurate HR reporting.

Qualifications or requirements:

• Grade 12 Certificate (GCE or equivalent).
• Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management or a related field.
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
