Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced and professional HR Officer to manage human resource operations, ensure regulatory compliance, and support employee relations across the company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and employee orientation.
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.
- Manage employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary processes.
- Support performance management and training initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Process payroll, leave, and benefits administration.
- Prepare HR reports and participate in audits.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Human Resource Management or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of HR experience in a construction, mining, or industrial setting.
- Familiarity with labor laws and employment regulations.
- Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Member of Zambia Institute of Human Resource Management (ZIHRM) is an advantage.
