Bafokeng Hydraulics Zambia, based in Chingola, is seeking a structured, proactive, and qualified Human Resources Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will oversee day-to-day HR operations, ensure statutory compliance, and support staff management.

• Manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and employee documentation.
• Oversee payroll processing and ensure timely management of statutory monthly returns (NAPSA, ZRA, NHIMA).
• Maintain up-to-date employee records and manage HR database systems.
• Support management in implementing disciplinary procedures and performance reviews in line with the Zambian Employment Code Act.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for staff grievances and welfare inquiries.

• Strong understanding of Zambian labor laws and compliance procedures.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• High level of integrity, confidentiality, and organizational ability.
• Highly computer literate, with strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and standard HR/payroll software.

• Minimum of a Diploma in Human Resources Management, Public Administration, or a related field.
• Valid and current practicing license from the Zambia Institute of Human Resources Management (ZIHRM) is mandatory.
