The HR Officer will be responsible for managing all human resources functions across three projects—Crystal Lite, Canoe, and Roofy. This role ensures compliance with statutory requirements, oversees employee relations, and supports smooth HR operations including Recruitment, Contract Management, policy formulation, performance management, payroll, attendance Management,, advice management accordingly, onboarding, and legal matters.

• Monitor employee attendance, late coming, and absenteeism.
• Track and maintain accurate records of all leave applications and approvals.
• Facilitate employee onboarding processes.
• Register employees with statutory bodies including NAPSA, NHIMA, and TPIN.
• Prepare and process monthly payroll for all employees under the three projects.
• Ensure timely submission of statutory taxes and contributions.
• Generate and issue payslips to employees promptly.
• Ensure adherence to labor laws and statutory requirements.
• Submit all statutory returns (taxes, social security, health insurance) on time.
• Handle employee grievances and disciplinary issues.
• Represent the organization in court cases or labor disputes when required.

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in HR operations as HR Officer, preferably in multi-project environments.
• Strong knowledge of Zambian labor laws and statutory requirements (NAPSA, NHIMA, TPIN).
