JOB DETAILS:
Location: Lusaka
Type: Full-Time
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and performance evaluations
- Maintain employee records and update HR databases
- Interpret labor laws and support compliance with statutory obligations
- Support training, development, and employee engagement programs
- Handle disciplinary issues and mediate workplace conflicts
Qualifications And Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Public Administration, or equivalent
- Minimum of 1–2 years in an HR-related role
- Membership with the Zambia Institute of Human Resource Management (ZIHRM) is preferred
- Strong communication and record-keeping skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS tools
