Your Responsibilities:

• Lead and guide our hydraulic workshop team
• Plan and allocate tasks to meet deadlines and quality standards
• Conduct quality checks and inspections
• Manage inventory and order necessary parts and equipment
• Collaborate with other departments
• Ensure safety compliance and company policies
• Mentor and train team members
• Maintain accurate records and reports
