Key Responsibilities

Manage and maintain computer networks, including LAN/WAN, routers, switches, and firewalls.

Ensure proper functioning of computer hardware and software across PCs, laptops, servers, and peripherals.

Troubleshoot and service various printers such as inkjet, laser, and network printers.

Install, configure, monitor, and resolve issues related to CCTV systems.

Provide support for the implementation, maintenance, and daily use of Odoo accounting software.

Qualifications and Skills

Diploma or Degree in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

Demonstrated experience in network administration, hardware/software support, and CCTV system management.

Knowledge of Odoo accounting software is an advantage.

Strong problem-solving abilities and effective communication skills.

Capable of working independently and managing pressure effectively.
