About Us
Qrent Zambia Limited is an IT hardware company providing IT hardware supply, installation, maintenance, and support services. We are looking for a motivated and hands-on intern to join our technical team and gain real-world experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in installation and configuration of IT hardware (desktops, laptops, printers, etc.)
- Perform troubleshooting, diagnostics, and repair of computers
- Support hardware maintenance and servicing tasks
- Assist with OS installation and software setup
- Help manage and track IT assets
- Provide on-site and remote support
- Document technical issues and resolutions
Requirements
- Diploma or pursuing IT/Computer Engineering
- Basic knowledge of hardware and networking
- Familiar with Windows installation
- Multimeter skills (advantage)
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Good communication
- Must have a valid Manual drivers licence
