JOB DETAILS:
We are seeking a skilled and proactive IT Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining our IT systems, ensuring network security, and providing technical support. Experience in using Monday.com software is essential.

Job Description:
• Manage and maintain IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, and networks.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for end-users.
• Ensure data security, backups, and system integrity.
• Implement and manage Monday.com for project tracking and workflow automation.
• Maintain IT policies and ensure compliance with industry best practices.
• Train staff on IT systems and best practices.
• Collaborate with different departments to optimize IT solutions.

Personal Specification:
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Requirements:
• Full grade 12 certificate
• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in IT support or system administration.
• Proficiency in Monday.com system, a must.
• Strong knowledge of networking, security protocols, and troubleshooting.
• Experience with cloud services and data management.
• Knowledge of IT policies, cybersecurity, and best practices.
