Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain Kokeb’s ERP system (finance, procurement, HR, and project management).
• Oversee network infrastructure, data security, and connectivity across all sites.
• Design, develop, and maintain company websites and digital platforms.
• Implement and support AI-based tools for data analytics, forecasting, and automation.
• Ensure cybersecurity, backup systems, and IT compliance.
• Provide technical support and user training to enhance efficiency across departments.
• Lead Kokeb’s ongoing digital transformation initiatives.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Software Engineering.
• At least 5 years of professional experience in IT systems or software administration.
• Strong technical expertise in:
• ERP platforms (SAP, Odoo, or similar)
• Networking and cybersecurity
• Web design and cloud systems (WordPress, React, HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
• Database management (MySQL, SQL Server, PostgreSQL)
• AI / Machine Learning frameworks (Python, TensorFlow, or OpenAI APIs – an advantage).
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and analytical skills.
• Self-driven and passionate about innovation and emerging technologies.
