We are seeking an experienced IT Technician to join our team. As a key member of our IT/Admin department, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, troubleshooting our network infrastructure, CCTV systems etc.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, configure, and maintain network infrastructure, including routers, switches, and firewalls
• Design, install, and maintain CCTV systems, including IP cameras and recording equipment
• Troubleshoot and repair electronic devices, including PCs, laptops, and mobile devices
• Provide technical support to staff and clients on IT-related issues
• Conduct regular maintenance and updates on systems and equipment
• Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless IT operations

Requirements:

• Diploma or degree in Information Technology/Computer Science, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in IT support, networking, CCTV, and electronics
• CompTIA Network+ or equivalent certification (desirable).
• Strong knowledge of network protocols, security, and architecture
• Experience with CCTV systems, including installation and configuration
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Good communication and teamwork skills

Technical Skills:

• Networking: TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, Switches, Routers, Firewalls
• CCTV: IP cameras, NVRs, DVRs, surveillance systems
• Electronics: PC hardware, laptop repair, mobile device repair
