JOB DETAILS:

Civacon Concepts Limited is a dynamic and progressive Zambian company providing equipment, maintenance support, installation services to the petroleum industry in Zambia. We are currently looking for individuals to join our team as IT Technicians to support fuel automation systems.

The candidate must be young, confident, outgoing, trustworthy and willing to learn our business. The candidate should also have own accommodation in Lusaka.

QUALIFICATIONS/ EXPERIENCE

1.       Certificate or Diploma in computer science or equivalent

2.       Computer literate

3.       Aged between 20 and 30 years.

4.       Industrial exposure in fuel, oil, hydraulic, equipment an added advantage

5.       Clean drivers license

DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES

1.       Installing, configuring, training and supporting of forecourt and retail management systems (Hardware and Software)

2.       Business and home security systems (cctv, access control, video/audio intercom, alarms etc)

3.       Perform onsite and remote diagnostics & problem resolution to client problems as prescribed by the SLA for all clients

4.       Identify and assist with software ‘Bug Fix’ resolutions

5.       Update Configuration Database if changes were made in problem resolution

6.       Perform on-call service, which includes working after hours, weekends, and holidays.
