JOB DETAILS:

Contact Trust Youth Association (CTYA), a registered Civil Society Organization, is inviting suitably qualified and reputable audit firms to conduct its institutional audit for the financial year ending 31st December 2024.

Scope of Work:

The audit will cover:

• Examination of financial statements for the year ended 2024.
• Assessment of internal controls and compliance with applicable laws, donor requirements, and organizational policies.
• Preparation of an independent auditor’s report and management letter with recommendations.

Eligibility Criteria:

Interested firms must provide:

1. A valid practicing license from the Zambia Institute of Chartered Accountants (ZICA).
2. Proof of registration with the Zambia Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
3. Company profile indicating experience in auditing NGOs/CSOs.
4. List of similar assignments undertaken in the past three years.
5. Names and qualifications of key staff proposed for the assignment.
6. Tax compliance certificate.
