Responsibilities or duties

1. Designs, installs, calibrates, and maintains systems and devices (sensors, transmitters, controllers) to monitor and control industrial processes, ensuring safety, efficiency, and compliance.

2. Key roles involve configuring DCS/PLC/SCADA.Preparing instrument data sheets, loop diagrams, functional analysis (control, ESD, F&G), and P&IDs.

3. Identifying, analyzing, and resolving issues with industrial control systems.

4. Calibration, maintenance and record keeping of of LT,PT,Control valves,PID,Weighing scales etc.

5. Assisting with technical evaluation of vendors and performing material take-offs.

6. Identifying, analyzing, and resolving issues with industrial control systems.

7. Supervising the installation and conducting FAT (Factory Acceptance Testing) of equipment.

8. Ensuring all systems comply with safety standards, regulations, and ISO guidelines.

9. Documentation & Reporting:Maintain accurate records in ERP/SAP.

Supervision & Training :Supervise technician staff,providing technical training to ensure high-quality workmanship.

Qualifications or requirements (e.g., education, skills)

ü Minmum 5 years of experience in industrial Instrumentation Maintenance/ Project.

ü Sound communication skill and should be able to lead the team.

ü Should have Knowledge of Human safety, Equipment safety &s and regulations.

ü Sound knowledge in flow meters,control valves,PT,LT,Sensors,Calibration of equipment,PID,PLC,SCADA.

ü Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

ü Should be capable to provide automation solution.

ü B. E /B.Tech, Instrumentation/ Diploma/ with minimum Experience of 5 years in industrial instrumentation.

ü Full grade 12 certificate.
